GORDON EDWIN JONES - On Sunday, April 22, 2012, Gordon Jones, Grenfell, SK. died at the age of 94 years. The funeral service will be held in Trinity Presbyterian Church, Grenfell, SK. on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Jared Miller and Alan Urschel officiating. Cremation with interment in Grenfell Cemetery. Gordon was predeceased by his wife Helen in 1997; son-in-law Don Steininger in 1998; two sisters: Thelma Drinnan in 2005 and Ivy Thomlinson in 2008. He is survived by his children: daughter Cory (Murray) Bennett, QuíAppelle, SK. and their family Kevin (Lori) Bennett and children Kaden and Kameron, Kellie (Stacy) Bennett and their children Carson and Carlie, Jaylee (Mark) Dorais and their children Alexis, Austin and Cohen; daughter Chery Steininger, Swift Current and her family Corey (Stephanie) Steininger and his children Ryan and Joshua and their mother, Rhonda Gelowitz, Chris (Debbie) Steininger; son Rick (Bernice) Jones, Grenfell and their family Shaun (Kym) and their children Hayden and Halle, Rhonda (Dave) Ryan and his children Sterling and Courtland; son Lloyd (Dawn) Jones, Pilot Butte and their family Kelse and Chad; and numerous nieces and nephews.
