As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

My sympathy to  Henry's family Your dad was a great part of my family when we were growing up in Balcarres . We have many good memories and stories of Henry and our family that we cherish. Even after we left home we kept in touch whenever possible .I was back in Balcarrs a few times over the years and always stopped to see him and hisr family so i have met you all at some time   I know he will be greatly missed   Noreen Trombley (Grosse)

Henry's passing was so unexpected.  He was such a positive fixture in our neighbourhood.  He knew everything that was going on and any new neighbours.  Sidney and I took turns shovelling the driveway, then Henry would sweep it.  Coming home or going out, there was always a shouted greeting across the road.
Henry always looked after our pets when we were away.  He loved the dog and cats and they adored the attention.
But what caused Henry's eyes to shine?  Talking about his kids.  
I saw Henry's suitcase outside on the day he left for Jamaica.  He must have been waiting for a ride, because he came outside when he heard my car door.  I wished him a great vacation.  Darlene has been keeping his car clean and I still expect to see him come home with two cups of Tim Horton's coffee.
Henry, we miss you.

Henry was amazing to my family and I. He will be greatly missed in the neighbourhood. I am upset that I cannot be there with you tomorrow but you are in my prayers.

So sorry for your lose. Henry was a pleasant person with a warm heart. He always had a smile on his face and will be missed by many.

Our sincere sympathy is extended to the Lee family. Merv has known Henry since he came to Canada, and the Grosses considered him to be one of our family. Whenever our paths crossed over the years we enjoyed Henry's big smile and his ability to tell a good story. We have many fond memories of him, and were very sad to learn of his passing. We regret that we are on our way out of Canada and cannot attend the service, but our thoughts will be with you.
