Bernice Florence White

Bernice is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Gene White Sr. Beloved mother of three children: Gene White Jr. (Anja), Kevin (Denise), and Scott (Leslie). Grandchildren: Alex Gunderson, Ashley (Jake) Murray, Samantha White, Maggi (Zach) Mjones, Jessica and Nicole White. Sister, Sharon Albertson and brother, Charlie Liebelt. The family would like to thank the nurses and aides at Southview Acres Senior Living for taking care of Bernice.

Preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Esther Liebelt and sister Ramona Thorp.

Born on August 7, 1941 in Swanville, grew up in St. Paul and met Gene in middle school. They are both graduates of Johnson High School. She married Gene in 1960. Bernice loved cooking, baking, gardening, coloring, and spending time with family and friends and loved our furry family pets. Both Bernice and Gene’s most treasured tradition was baking sugar cookies and frosting them with the grandkids before Christmas so they could share with family and friends.

A visitation for Bernice will be held on Monday, July 8th at Wulff Funeral Home, Woodlane Drive, Woodbury, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a memorial service at 12:00 PM.
