Catherine, born in Merthyr Tydfil Wales, and known as Devina by family and friends, loved to travel with her husband Jim and friends, coffee, and shopping at the St. Paul farmer’s market, spending the winters in the Arizona warmth, and exploring her creative side through pottery.
Devina was proceeded in death by her mother Abigale Smith, father Thomas Evans Smith, mother-in-law Elizabeth (Nan) Lacey, and sisters Elizabeth (Betty) Stadden and Mary Pugh.
Left to cherish and celebrate her legacy is her loving husband of 66 years James Lacey; her devoted daughter, Julia Forster, and husband Daniel Forster; son Peter Lacey and wife Ranae Lacey; son David Lacey and wife Colleen Lacey. Her grandchildren Lexi Bellows, Ronnie Forster, Henry Lacey, and Parker Lacey; her great granddaughter Seren Bellows.
She will be deeply missed and forever in our hearts.
