Chloe passed suddenly on July 3, 2012 in West Palm Beach, Florida and was born on March 13, 1958 in Clarksville, Tennessee. Preceded in death by Father, S. Phelps Montgomery; Brother, Robert Montgomery. Survived by Husband, David Smeed of Woodbury, Minnesota; Mother, Harriett Cheney of New York, New York; Uncle, Whayne (Ursula) Quin of Washington, DC; Mother-in-Law, Nora Smeed; Nieces, Samantha & Danielle; Nephews, Andrew & Ben. Chloe was raised on the East Coast attending Rumson Country Day School, Dobbs in Dobbs Ferry, NY & Tufts University in Medford, Mississippi. Chloe’s fast-paced personality was a perfect fit for Media Sales. Chloe was employed by Katz Media Group, Fox 29 and KSTP 1500 AM in the Minneapolis-St. Paul market. Those who knew Chloe will miss her vibrant personality. Service will be at 11:00am on Saturday, July 28, 2012 at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Drive in Woodbury, Minnesota, with visitation one hour prior.
