Doug was born and raised in Watertown, SD on July 2, 1955.
Preceded in death by his parents Micheal Francis (Bud) and Frances Wagner.
Survived by his wife Debbie of 42 years, children Brandon(Melanie); Anthony; and grandsons Braden and Nathan; brothers and sisters and other family members.
Doug enjoyed time with his family, hunting and fishing and anything outside. His garage was his playground. Doug was loved and will truly be missed.
We will be holding a Celebration of Life for Doug on October 8th at Wulff Funeral Home, 2195 Woodland Drive, Woodbury , MN from 2-5.
