Passed away on April 12, 2012. Preceded in death by Wife, Evelyn. Survived by Children, Martin Winkler, Mary (James) Wyzykowski & Patrice (Reed John) Santa; Five Grandchildren and Six Great-Grandchildren. Private Family Services will be held. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
