Passed away peacefully at home Wednesday, July 27, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert. Joan is survived by her children, Scott (Jennifer) McCartney, Cheryl (Ron) Quast, and Tom (Jill) McCartney; grandchildren, Brandon, Jessica, Josh, Jacob, Jenna, Abbey, and Michael; great-granddaughter, Emmeline; sister, Donna (Irv) Wilson; other family and friends. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, August 2 at 11 AM with visitation one hour prior at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Dr., Woodbury. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
