She was born on February 4th 1936 to Henry Joseph Marinus and Teresa Mary Marinus (Whelan) in London, England.She is survived by her husband Ralph, her son Matthew (Jude), her sister Ann Kellett, and her two grandsons Grant and Dylan.

A Prayer Service where friends and family can gather to honor Joan's life and legacy will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 2:30 PM with Visitation one hour prior to service, from 1:30-2:30 PM at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Dr., Woodbury, MN 55125.
