Larry was my hero for more years than I can say when I worked at 3M.  He lit up any room he walked into.  He lit up any life he touched.  He will always be in my heart and remembered as one of the most amazing individuals it's ever been my privilege to know, work with, or hug.  I'm sorry I just learned today that he passed over. God bless the dear man - he made a difference.

My condolences. Larry and I went through alot of school together, starting with first grade, on through junior high, high school and college, where we even played together in a folk group. He was a great athlete and even better friend.

I am very sorry for your loss. I have worked at variaous times through my career at 3M on projects Larry was involved in. I picture him with an Always Smiling Face and a can do, possitive attitude. My prayers will be with the family in this difficult time.

My sincere sympathy for the loss of Larry, a truly wonderful person.  Even though it has been many years since we worked together, I always remembered his smile and laugh.  He was never without either!  Wishing the family peace and strength in the days to come.

Larry was possibly the most upbeat, positive, yet sincere guy I ever met.  I was always glad when I ran into him in the halls at work because he left me with a smile for the rest of the day. I enjoyed the time we worked together, and I believed his claim (made with that twinkle in his eye) that he knew the lyrics to every song ever written.  Larry, we will never see the likes of you again.

Steve, Chris, Jim & Beth (AKA Tweety Bird) - I am so very sorry to hear about Larry's passing.  I have thought of him and all of you so many times over the many years since I lived on Wilson Street just a couple of houses down from your house.  I fondly recall so many good times we had as kids.  Playing chase, kick the can, baseball in the alley, going to movies - what a wonderful childhood there on Wilson Street.  Larry was such a special person to me.

My thoughts and prayers are with you guys at this very sad time and I send my sympathies to Larry's wife Jan and all their family.

My sincere condolences to you and your family at this sad time. I worked with Larry for a number of years at 3M.  He was wonderful to work with! I could go to Larry with questions on any work topic and he always had a helpful, informed answer!  I will miss him, as many, many others will too. He was a role-model -always positive, professional, with a wonderful sense of humor.  God bless you in the days ahead, with comfort and His peace.

Larry was a great friend for many years while I was at 3M, and I am definitely sad to hear this latest news.  I'll always remember when he and I would duck out of work to "plant Miller trees" in his yard.  Larry and I also took a road trip to Oklahoma back in our younger years to play golf and get our pictures on the wall of a steak house for being able to put away so many steaks!  I spent a lot of time with Larry on the softball team at 3M, and worked with him for many years in Inventory Accounting.  I know he had a heart for kids and I'm sure he blessed many with his humor and good coaching skills.  I pray you'll experience God's presence and comfort and be surrounded by your loved ones in this difficult time.

     My condolences to you and your family.  Larry was a great guy to be around and I thoroughly enjoyed playing softball with him over the years.  His great sense of humor was always enjoyed before, during, and after games!  He will be sadly missed by many who have lasting memories of him.  You are all in my thoughts and prayers.  Sorry that Lisa and I will be unable to attend Saturday to share our sympathies in person.

Dear Jan & family,
Larry was a member of our bowling team, back when we used to bowl at Woodbury lanes. Larry was a all around great guy with a good sense of humor and he will be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

I will always remember Larry's quick wit and great sense of humor.  He was a smart man and yet humble about how much he knew.  He will definitely be missed here at 3M. Please know that many are remembering Larry fondly and thinking of the family during this difficult time.

Larry helped coach with us in the Woodbury girls fastpitch program.He had a huge impact on the girls he help coach, with his bag of batting and softball drills to his sharp wittiness. We are glad Larry spent his last summer cheering and watching shante play softball.Larry was very knowledgable with his sports. Our heart goes out to Jan and Shante.He will be sadly missed. Larry was the first person I worked with at 3M.  We traveled together for 5 years and developed a great relationship.  I learned a lot about work and life from Larry.  The most fun we had was playing softball together.  We formed a team at 3M and one year we took 3rd in state.  He loved to play ball and hang out with the guys after the games!!  He will be missed by all:)  My prayers and thoughts go out to you and the family at this very difficult time,  May Larry rest in peace and feel the glory of GOD!!

Dear Jan,
I join with all of your Mahtomedi High School classmates in letting you and your family know we are thinking of you at this difficult time.  One thing you will always have are the years of memories you can share with others.

This is a sad loss for youth sports. Larry gave a lot to coaching both baseball and softball. He taught my daughter who is now a senior a lot of sound fundamentals in assorted softball clinics. 

Her favorite softball drill yet today is one Larry worked on with her 4th grade team. Simply catching fly ball tennis balls off of a tennis racquet. It is a great drill for teaching good techniques and positioning for catching fly balls.

The thoughts and prayers of our family go out to Jan, Shante and their family.

Larry was on our bowling team years ago in Woodbury, I will always remember him as a Super friendly, Classy and Good person!
My thoughts go to his family and friends.
I'm sure he will be missed and remembered by many!

I will always remember my sleep overs at your folks house and our long  bike rides. I missed those days when we moved.  May all our family and friends have peace knowing that you are watching over them
