LeAnn was the sister I never had. We will always love and remember her.

Thinking about the memories we shared…..

I have been thinking of LeAnn. We reconnected when she sent my Mom a Christmas card a couple years back and was worried she hadnt received one back from my mom. I sent LeAnn a card to let her know my mom had passed away.  My mom, LeAnn and I had worked at our grocery store together in Dassel MN when LeAnn was in high school. I always admired her quiet sweet personality. I know my mom was so happy that they kept in touch over the years. I love that LeAnn and Mike shared a passion for Harleys-who would have known! Also that her and I shared a love of cats. I am sure LeAnn and my mom are getting together in heaven now and then! I am so sorry her life was so short here on earth. I know Mike, her mom, Kay and their families  are missing LeAnn so much. But may they take comfort knowing LeAnn is no longer in pain and someday they will all be together again.

I remember when I visited after LeAnn's surgery. I fully expected her to be in bed, but found her up and about enjoying chips and salsa. I'm still amazed. She was so strong and courageous throughout this fight.

I hope memories of her strength, your special bond and the love she had for you bring you comfort in the coming months.

So sorry to everyone for their loss.  LeAnn and I were roommates during our third year in chiropractic collage.  She was always a kind and gentle soul.   May her journey be peaceful.

LeAnn fought cancer with courage, grace and dignity; she didn’t feel sorry for herself, she didn't get mad, but remained faithful in her fight and outlook and always said it would be ok. We remember her for her passion for life, love of her husband Mike and her big smile when it came to her little kitties. We will miss you, but always remember you. May God bless you and give courage to Mike and family.

LeAnn was preceded in death by Father, Vernon Olson. She is survived by Devoted Husband, Dr. Michael of 26 years; Mother, Kay Olson; Brother, Scott (Kathy) Olson; many extended Family and Friends who will miss her dearly.
