She is preceded in death by her husband, Fred Maurer; parents; daughter, Kelly and sister, Sandy Barrett.
Lou is survived by daughters, Robin Amiot and Dawn Maurer; grandson, Chris (Emma) Amiot; step-grandchildren, Nicole Robinson, Stephanie (Andre) Robinson, Gabbi (Jacob) Carvalho; sister-in-law, Pam Tschida; nieces and nephews, Kim (Fred) Tschida Petters, Julia (Mike) Grogan, Laurie Salak, Steve Salak, Daniel Barrett and Jennifer Barrett.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at Wulff Funeral Home, Woodbury 10:30 am-12:30 pm. Inurnment will be held at Union Cemetery, Maplewood at 1:00 pm.
