Age 70, of Woodbury (formerly Anaheim Hills, CA.), passed away peacefully on October 3, 2018.

Preceded in death by parents Mercelyn Larson Otley and Francis Otley. Lyman will be deeply missed by his daughter Jennifer and his grandson Joe; his daughter Elizabeth (Nathan) and her family; his sister Judy (Ken) McNamara; his nieces and nephew Kari, Tori and Kevin (Nicole); and extended family and friends.

A service of remembrance for Lyman will be held with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. and services at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 2nd at Woodbury Lutheran Church (7380 Afton Rd, Woodbury). Burial at Fort Snelling National Cemetery to follow.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred in Lyman’s name to the Salvation Army.
