Mary Jane Tetzlaff

Preceded in death by parents Frank and Ethel Poeschel, son James, husband Arthur, daughter in law Judy, sister Betty Mae, brothers Robert and Thomas.

Mary Jane lived her entire life in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she and her husband, Arthur, raised their six children over 60 years of marriage. She was a woman of faith with a welcoming personality enjoyed by many. Known for her cooking and entertaining, she created lasting memories for both family and friends. An avid reader, she continued to enjoy novels and crosswords throughout her long life. As a devout Catholic, she remained grounded in her values for all of her 100 years. She will be missed by her family while being happily reunited with those who passed before her.

Survived by children William (Kathleen), Thomas, John (Lisa), David, Jean (Mitch) Edstrom; grandchildren Reid, Kristy, Lance (Teresa), Arielle (Korrie), Carissa (Filip), Austin, Melinda, Owen, great-grandchildren, Chelsea & Brooklyn.

Funeral will be held at Boutwells Landing Chapel April 10 2026. Gathering time at 9:30am, service to begin at 10:30am.

Internment at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery, Monday, April 13, 2:00
