I have known Stan all my life and remember playing "kick the can" as kids.  When I saw him last Fall he proudly showed me some of his woodworking and beautiful gardens. I will miss seeing him and I am sad and very sorry for your loss.

When I worked evenings at the Red Cross I saw Stan about every two weeks. He was a generous,devoted platelet donor with such a kind, shy and gentle disposition. He helped many, many people and always brightened/sweetened my day. He will be missed. My heart goes out to his family and friends.

it was always fun to talk with stan at family get togethers.he was a great guy and a gifted craftsman.

Words can't express how much we are going to miss you Stan.  You were a "pillar" in ours and our kids lives. Will definitely miss the daily "hey, how's it going?" To the endless backyard talks. Now we know why you were the last one to leave Kyles grad party saturday; to say goodbye to us. Stan was always kind and a very soft spoken man.  He will be missed by friends and neighbors.  My prayers are with his family.
