Terry R. Hadd

Terry was born on July 3, 1960, to Richard (deceased) and Jeanette Hadd. He was the oldest of three boys and a 1978 graduate of Tartan High School. He worked in the dental industry as a dental technician until his retirement in July of 2025.

Terry is survived by his two sons, Brett (Joelene Stevens) Hadd and Ryan (Randi) Hadd; two stepchildren, Sarah (Josh) Nelson and Chris Salmela; and his former wife, Kellie (née Liberty). He is also survived by his mother, Jeanette Hadd, and his brother, Michael (Marsha) Hadd. Terry was a proud grandfather to three granddaughters, Taylor, Camryn, and Melanie, with a grandson, Nathan, on the way. He is further survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, and an abundance of friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard, and his brother, Rick.

Terry loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter, traveling throughout the West and as far as the Arctic Circle. He was a devoted father, grandpa, uncle, godfather, brother, son, and friend—always ready to offer guidance, love, and a hearty laugh. He cherished conversations and gatherings, enjoyed grooming his land with Miss Kubota, trail riding, and spending time with family and friends, especially when it included a Miller High Life and a oney.

Terry was known for his sense of humor, his eye for perfection, and his desire to always forge forward.

There is a tremendous void in our close-knit family and circle of friends. Terry will be deeply missed.

Visitation will be held at Wulff Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Dr., Woodbury, MN, on February 19, 2026, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will take place on February 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Guardian Angels Church, 8260 4th St. N., Oakdale, MN, with additional visitation one hour prior to the service beginning at 10:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family invites those who wish to honor Terry’s memory to make a gift in support of his two sons.
