Anna Maria Sarro aka Mary Sarro, Former District Manager of Community Board 3 for over 20 years entered into eternal rest at her residence in Jackson Heights, New York on August 27, 2012, she was 85 years old. Beloved daughter of the late Angelo Sarro and the late Antonina Parrisi Sarro. Loving aunt of Steven Sarro and his wife Toni, Cristina Sarro, and David Sarro and his wife Katrina. Also survived by 3 great nieces and 3 great nephews and 1 great great nephew. Long time friend and colleague of Maureen Allen and her husband Edward McGowan. The communities of Jackson Heights, East Elmhurst, and North Corona have lost a great friend and advocate. Mary will remain forever in our hearts.
