Ernestine H Craig

Born in Richmond Va. To Frank and Cora Hawthorne Oct 13, 1927

She spent most of her young life in Brooklyn N.Y. and attended and completed her formal education in the schools there. She completed her Nursing Career there also.

Tina later moved to Queens and met, and Married Edward Craig, JR and had two children. Ernestine had an abundant amount of friends and neighbors and a spirit filled church Family.

Mother Tina Craig joined Operation Restoration In 2010, and she served as one of the most faithful loving Mother’s of the church. She would always greet you the words “I’m still here!” and end with “I love you, but Jesus loves you more!”

Each one of you here today has had your lives enriched by knowing and loving her as she went about her daily tasks, and preaching the gospel to all those around her.

We are family and friends that can rest in assurance that Tina lived a life in preparation of this great day to hear the long and awaited words Welcome home, well done my good and faithful servant.

We as family and friends can praise God to know that Tina was received into heaven, absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.

Tina leaves to morn their loss and heavens gain her brother, Maxwell Hawthorne, Two children , Dolores, Sinclair (Skeeter), Four grandchildren Tony ,Qywan ,Zakhera ,Gabriel, Great grand’s , Nieces ,Nephews , Cousins , Former Husband (Edward Craig, JR) And a host of friends.
