Scopaz, Esther, born in New York on January 16, 1922 and her family returned to Italy when she was an infant. She came back to the United States at age 24. Esther entered into eternal rest on October 18, 2016. Esther loved to sew and worked as a Dressmaker. She loved to cook and listen to music her favorite was Andre Bocelli. Esther is the Beloved wife of the late John, Devoted mother of Maryann Scopaz and the late Ronald Scopaz, Cherished grandmother of three and sister of the late Giovanna, Guisapina and Joe Ferrari and sister of Luigi Ferrari in Italy.
Visitation will be held on Friday October 21, 2016 from 2-5:00pm and 7-9:00pm. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday October 22, 2016 10:00am at Saint Joseph’s R.C Church. Interment to follow at Maple Grove Cemetery located in Kew Gardens, New York.
