Francisco Conde

March 9, 1943 – March 21, 2025

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Francisco Conde, also known by many as Luis or Frank, at the age of 82. He was born on March 9, 1943, in Juncos, Puerto Rico, to his late parents, Higinio and Catalina Conde, Francisco was one of nine children. Sadly Frank passed away on March 21, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of hard work, kindness, and dedication to his family and community.

Frank spent much of his life in East Elmhurst, NY, where he resided for over 50 years with his loving wife, Joan. Together, they raised three children: Craig, Christopher (spouse Gina), and Christina (spouse Joseph). Francisco was a devoted grandfather to Izabella, Christopher, and Angelina, who brought him immeasurable joy, he truly was a proud Granddaddy.

For over 30 years, Francisco was the proud owner of Elegant Interiors, a highly respected business in New York City. He made his mark remodeling the homes of many well-known and wealthy individuals, earning a reputation for his exceptional craftsmanship. Even after retirement, Frank’s passion for his work remained evident, as he could often be found with a paintbrush or hammer in hand, making repairs to family properties. He truly had a gift for bringing beauty to the spaces he touched.

A loving and devoted family man, Francisco will be remembered not only for his talents and professional success but also for his humor, and unwavering commitment to his family.

Francisco leaves behind a family who will forever cherish his memory, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A visitation for Francisco will be held Friday, March 28, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Thomas M. Quinn & Sons Funeral Home, 41-45 58th Street, Woodside, NY 11377.

A mass of christian burial will occur Saturday, March 29, 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Fatima RCC, 25-02 80th St., East Elmhurst, NY 11370.

An entombment will occur Saturday, March 29, 2025 from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM at St. Michael's Cemetery, 72-02 Astoria Blvd. S,, East Elmhurst, NY 11370.
