Frantz Richard "Tison" entered into eternal rest on September 27, 2017 at his residence in Elmhurst, New York, he was 67 years old. Born in Port Au Prince, Haiti on April 10, 1950 to Lumenes and Antoinette Richard. Beloved brother of the late Denise Dossous and her husband Raymond, the late Mary Ledan, Rennaut Richard and his wife Mary, Odette Richard, Cilotte Lilavois, and Circee Joseph. Cherished uncle to many loving nieces and nephews. May he rest in peace.
