Janice A. Clark

At an early age, the family moved to New York where Janice was baptized and joined the Calvalry AME Zion Church in Queens, NY. Janice was educated at Jamaica High School and attended Briarcliff College. She also earned her Security Guard Certification in June 2002.

Janice was employed by the United States Post Office for over 20 years and worked as a Secretary for several companies. Janice touched the lives of all who met her with her honest wit and free spirit. She loved to read, play scrabble and enjoyed crossword puzzles.

On March 15, 2015 Janice Clark departed this life to be with the Lord. She leaves to cherish her memories her son Lemuel James Clark, daughter-in-law Barbara Clark, granddaughter Chauntoyia Turner, great granddaughter, Aniyah Turner, sisters Patricia Bowman and Mildred Spencer, brothers Leroy Clark, Milton Ray Clark and pre-deceased Robert Clark, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family & friends.

A precious one from us has gone, a voice we loved is still. A place is vacant in our home, which never can be filled. Sleep on loved one, take your rest. We loved you, but God loved you best!
