He was born in New York City to Alicia Coll and Jose Angel Lugo. He was a clothing designer and owner of Lugo’s Togs in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. Leslie was a proud veteran, having served in the United States 8th Air Force, Strategic Air Command (SAC). He is survived by his sisters, Cynthia, Audrey, and his brother Jose Angel, as well as Alfredo, who was like a son to him. He will be missed by all his nephews and nieces who adored him, but he will live in our hearts forever.
