Rosa Parisi entered into eternal rest on September 29, 2012. She was born on October 7, 1922 in Bellona, Italy to Secondino Parisi and Empress Altieri Parisi. In 1943 she married Antonio Rega. Rosa opened her own pizzeria in New York City in 1966 and in her spare time she enjoyed singing, cooking and playing cards. She leaves behind to cherish her memories her children, Angelo and Angelina; grandchildren, Laura, Patrizia, Antonio, Rodolfo and Angelo and numerous other relatives. Visitations will be held Monday, October 1, 2012 and Tuesday, October 2, 2012 from 2 - 5 and 7- 9 PM. Mass of the Resurrection will be held Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at 10:30 AM at Most Precious Blood R.C. Church and the entombment at St. John Cemetery in Middle Village will follow.
