Sandi Tobias

Sandi Tobias, born January 13th, 1942, in Rock Hill, SC. She attended Emmett Scott High School where she met David Lee Walker, whom she later married. That union produced two sons, the late David Lee Walker Jr. and Victor P. Walker. They later on moved to Westbury, NY until they divorced. She moved to Queens, NY. Sandi held several positions to name a few, Delta ticket agent, National Racing Authority, and Queens Council.

Sandi enjoyed dancing , fine food, she enjoyed life and in the words Frank Sinatra, the Phrase “I did it my way”. She was also an entrepreneur in the restaurant business.

Ms. Tobias leaves to cherish loving memories: elder brother James M. Tobias, son Victor P. Walker of Arizona, neices: Rose M. Tobias, Laverne Tobias, Evelyn Hall, Suma A. Hall. Nephews Ronnie Gene Hall , Kristoffer Tobias and Matthew Hall-Ming as well as a host of grand nieces and nephews.

Visitation will take place Friday May 4, 2012 from 6:00-8:00pm. Saturday May 5, 2012 Prayer Service from 11:30am - 1:30pm
