Vasiliki “Vaso” Koutroulos , born August 14, 1948, passed away peacefully on February 20, 2026. She was an extraordinary woman whose kindness, strength, and unwavering devotion to her family defined her life. To know Vaso was to experience warmth, generosity, and unconditional love.
Family was her greatest joy and proudest accomplishment. She was a devoted daughter and sister, a loving wife to George, and a nurturing, selfless mother to Jerry and Gus. She was a proud and adoring grandmother to Vicki and Eleni, and was eagerly anticipating the arrival of her first great-grandchild—a blessing she spoke of with immense excitement and love.
Vaso expressed her love most beautifully through her cooking. Her kitchen was the heart of her home, where every meal was prepared with care and every gathering became a cherished memory.
Her absence leaves an immeasurable void, especially in the hearts of her beloved husband and sons, but her legacy of love, faith, family, and generosity will live on in all who were fortunate enough to know her. She will be profoundly missed and forever remembered.
