A memorial service for Charles will be held Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Woodstock Funeral Home, Inc., 8855 Main Street, Woodstock, GA 30188. Following the memorial service will be a committal service from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Georgia National Cemetery -Canton GA, 1080 Scott Hudgens Dr, Canton, GA 30114.
