David B. Schumacher, age 64, passed away December 13, 2015 at his residence in Woodstock, Georgia. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather and will be missed by all who knew him. David proudly served his country in the U.S. Army 1969-1971. He was a member of the Dolphins and Black Cats Units in Viet Nam. He is survived by his wife Cynthia Schumacher, daughters Blayne Urbay and her husband Dave and Nicole Maulden, sons, Timothy Schumacher and his wife April and Shahn-Ryan Schumacher, grandchildren, Hunter, Jaiden, Daniel, Naomi, Katie and Lili and mother-in-law Mignon Ridings. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, December 18, 2015 at 12:30 pm in the Woodstock Funeral Home Chapel, Minister Matt Amos officiating. Interment with Military Honors will follow at 2:30 pm at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Disabled Veterans of America at www.DAV.org.
