David Eugene Thrasher, age 70, of Buchanan, Georgia passed away July 17, 2020. David is survived by daughters, Shelly Wolfe (John Otis) of Charleston, South Carolina, Michelle Potts of Newnan, Georgia and DeAnna Price (Kane) of Acworth, Georgia, son, David Thrasher, Jr. of Douglasville, Georgia, brother Bobby Thrasher (Tanya) of McDonough, Georgia, sisters, Teresa Hobby (Eddie) of Jonesboro, Georgia and Linda Kelley (David) of Hampton, Georgia. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, Caleb, Tony and Landyn and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother Bonnie Thrasher Loveless and father Eugene Franklin Thrasher.
There will be a private inurnment on Friday, July 31, 2020 at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia. There will be a graveside service on Saturday August 1, 2020 at 10:00 am at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Stockbridge, Georgia with Pastor Steve Reeves officiating.
