Kenneth Gordon Nash

Kenneth Gordon Nash, at age 62, of Acworth, Georgia, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2017. Ken was born on January 22, 1955 to Gordon and Rita Nash. Ken and Tina were married February 22, 1981 and spent 36 loving years together. He enjoyed his work at Grady Memorial Hospital and spending time with his children. He spent four years serving in the Navy before he started his career in the medical field. He was very compassionate and had a passion for medicine and loved to help people. He followed this passion working as an x-ray technician for 29 years. Kenny had a gentle, loving heart and enjoyed being a big brother to his siblings.

He is preceded in death by his sister Janet Hunter.

He is survived by his parents Gordon and Rita Nash; brothers, Donald Nash, David Nash and Tom Nash; sisters, Karen (Tom) Roberts, Barbara (Dan) Kirkland, Debbie Makita and Patty (Kim) Williams; grandchildren, Austin Spencer and Peyton Spencer, and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 8th, 2017 at 12:30p.m. at Woodstock Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 8th, 2017 at 10:30a.m.-12:30 p.m. Ken will be laid to rest at Georgia National Cemetery: 1080 Scott Hudgens Blvd, Canton, Georgia 30114 at 2:30p.m. We will leave in procession at 1:30p.m. Arrangements are under the care of Woodstock Funeral Home.
