Lisa René Hush

Lisa René Hush passed away unexpectedly at home on March 10, 2018. She was born on October 10, 1980 in Columbus, Ohio. She was a beloved daughter, mother and sister. Lisa loved her family and had a multitude of friends. She was adventurous, creative, vibrant, hard working and loved helping others. Her life evolved around her precious 4-year old daughter, Austyn, whom she dedicated herself to.

She is survived by her daughter, Austyn Eve Barnhill, her mother, Cathy A. Alford, stepfather, Dean F. Alford, brother, Michael Matthew Hush (Shawna), father, Charles Michael Hush (Valerie), half-brothers Rodney Hush and Bobby Hush and half-sister Sabrina Hush. A special niece, Avery Nicole Hush and a true friend and godmother to Austyn, Dolly Taylor. She was truly loved and will be desperately missed by several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Daniel J. and Beverly A. Galiardi, Robert L. and May Hush, and a dear uncle, Russell A. Atkinson.

The family will receive friends on Saturday March 17, 2018 from 12:00 to 2:00 at Woodstock Funeral Home 8855 Main Street Woodstock, GA 30188. (770) 926-3107. A celebration of life service will follow immediately in the chapel. She will be laid to rest at Rolling Hills Memory Gardens 4325 Hwy 92, Acworth, GA 30102. Pastor Vic Bledsoe will officiate.

The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to the funeral home to help assist with the funeral expenses to Woodstock Funeral Home.
