Patricia Ann Graziano

Born on April 6, 1945, in Savannah, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Mack Holloman and Sallie Bishop.

Patricia was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who cherished her family above all else. She had a passion for gardening and was known for her green thumb. Her love for cooking brought joy and comfort to everyone around her.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her beloved son, Shawn Graziano; grandson, JoJo Hill; and her brothers, Danny Holloman and Buddy Holloman.

She is survived by her sons, Bradley (Merry) Grant and Eric (Jessica) Graziano; her grandchildren, Sarah Graziano, Emma Griffith, Michael Griffith, Savannah Graziano, Matthew Gilley, Bradley Gilley, Alexis Chambers, Christopher Grant, Josephine Shaw, Victoria Shaw, and Kathryn Shaw; and seven cherished great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Jimmy Holloman, Johnny Holloman, and Kenny Holloman.

Patricia’s strength, warmth, and unwavering love for her family will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 21, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Woodstock Funeral Home, 8855 Main Street, Woodstock, Georgia. Immediately following, there will be a graveside service at 2:30 PM at Enon Cemetery in Woodstock, Georgia.
