Swole was nothing less than a great guy – he was funny, charismatic and loved sports. He enjoyed being social and celebrating life with his family and friends. He was the first to cut up to put a smile on your face and the last one to let you down.
Swole attended Campbell High School where he excelled in baseball and football. His love of sports continued into adulthood and he was a die hard Georgia and Falcons fan.
He worked as a mechanic at Havoline and most recently at the printing company, Techtonics. The job he was most proud of was being a father to his pride and joy, Aliyah. He loved her with all his heart and enjoyed bonding together at one of her favorite places: the park.
Swole is preceded in death by his father, Victor H. Ledbetter. His memory will be cherished by his mother, Wanda Brendel Millwood (Russell) of Acworth; daughter, Aliyah; brothers, Bud Brendel (Stephanie) of Austell and Chris Ledbetter (Diane) of Biloxi, Mississippi; nieces, Mackenzie, Caitlin, Abigail and Aubrey; nephew, Peyton; cousins, Danielle Brendel of Acworth, Trinity Hardnett of Newnan; aunt, Becky Brendel of Acworth; uncles, Darrell Brendel (Tammy) of Acworth, Ronnie Ledbetter (Kendra) of Taylorsville; and many other beloved family members and friends.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and again on Wednesday from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Woodstock Funeral Home 8855 Main Street Woodstock, Georgia 30188. Celebration of Life Services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday with Dr. Vic Bledsoe officiating. Swole will be committed into his final resting place privately.
