Theresa “Tracy” Miller, 48, of Canton, GA passed away June 26, 2016. Tracy was born on January 1, 1968 in Plantation, Florida. She attended Piper High School and Broward College. Tracy enjoyed a career as an EMT. But her biggest passions in life were being a mother to her only child, Kristen and rescuing animals. Tracy gave birth to her daughter, Kristen, on October, 30th 1986 at only 18 years old and it was the greatest and most fulfilling moment of her life. Having her daughter so young was challenging, but it meant the world to her for them to get to grow up together. Her daughter was everything to her and she proved that by doing everything in her power to make sure Kristen would have an amazing life, and by being the best mother in the world, the kind of mother that her daughter could tell anything to without any judgment or one critical thought. As a single mom for most of Kristen's life, she exemplified what the word "mother" really meant. To say she would've done anything for her daughter was an understatement. They were truly best friends and soul mates. Tracy volunteered with many animal organizations, fostering and donating her time and funds to dogs, cats, rabbits, snakes and any other type of animal you can imagine. She embodied selflessness and kindness. She was a caring mother and friend and will be immensely missed by those who knew her. Tracy leaves behind her husband, Stephen Li, daughter, Kristen Miller, parents, Audrie and George Frantzis and siblings, Richard, David and Cheryl. She also leaves behind Kristen’s father and her friend, Larry Miller, his wife Monica and children, Jesse and Mason Miller (who she never forgot to send a birthday card or Christmas present to). The family requests for all guests to share their stories and memories of Tracy in the online guest book below. In lieu of flowers please send donations in memory of Tracy to http://www.ourpalsplace.net/.
