He was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Joan Marie Talton.
Bill is survived by his beloved wife, Wendy Talton; his daughter, Denise Koch, and her husband Larry; his son, Chris Lowe, and his husband Patrick Taylor; his grandchildren, Viviana Leon and Christopher Talton, and Christopher’s fiancée Shena Martin; his cherished great-granddaughter, Kinsley; his brother, Jim Talton and sister-in-law Barbara; and numerous nieces and nephews.
An avid golfer for many years, Bill also enjoyed fishing and shooting pool. In retirement, he found great enjoyment in following the stock market, visiting casinos to play blackjack, and faithfully cheering on his favorite team, the Atlanta Falcons. Most of all, he treasured quiet days at home relaxing with his wife, watching television, and spending time with his beloved Yorkie, Georgia Belle, and Chihuahua, Peko.
Bill especially enjoyed family gatherings, celebrating birthdays and holidays, and making memories with those he loved. He will be remembered for his devotion to his family, his loyalty, and the simple joys he embraced throughout his life.
