Dennis Ray Cebul

Dennis Ray Cebul, 77, of Upper Arlington, passed away peacefully during the night of Saturday, August 16th, 2025. He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Cebul, his mother, Alice Cebul, his brother, Randall Cebul, and his wife of 29 years, Starlene Cebul. He is survived by his sister Sherri (Ben) Cebul-Ligas, sister Rae-Lynn (Steve) Ziegler, sister-in-law Mary-Scott Cebul, daughter Kimberly Beegle, son-in-law, Toby Beegle, son Scott Cebul, daughter-in-law Julie Cebul, and his grandchildren Tate and Trey Beegle and Carson and Kylie Cebul.

Dennis was a proud graduate of Euclid High School, Denison University, and the Ohio State University medical school. He was an OBGYN in Central Ohio for over 40 years and was well known and admired by his patients, his colleagues, and the residents he mentored over his career. Away from work, Dennis had a passion for travel, scuba diving, rock & roll (especially the Rolling Stones!), Cleveland sports, his beloved Buckeyes, and his family. He was very proud of his children and would often tell those around him about them. In addition, he loved to see his grandchildren when he was able (to whom he was affectionately known as Papa) and hear how they were doing in school, in sports, and in life.

He made a significant impact on the lives of those around him and will be truly missed.
