Jeanne E. Kessler, aged 83, passed away on Thursday, November 15, 2025. She was born in Youngstown, Ohio to Robert and Violet Davies. Jeanne married her high school sweetheart, David Kessler in 1963 and together they have two sons, David (Kathy) and Robert (Erika) and five grandchildren, Matthew, Megan, Thomas, Kayden and Kellen. During their 61 years of marriage, David and Jeanne enjoyed boating, traveling and antique collecting. In 2007, they started their own antique business, Sandusky Street Antiques,in Delaware, Ohio. In addition, Jeanne loved to quilt and knit. Jeanne graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in medical technology and later earned a bachelor's degree in education from Ohio Wesleyan University and a Master’s Degree in Education from Ashland University. Jeanne taught Chemistry at Buckeye Valley High School. Jeanne is survived by her children, grandchildren and two sisters, Ruth Frankenburg of Richmond, Va and Carol Densevich (John) of Youngstown, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Robert Davies.
