Joyce M Hagge

Joyce Hagge, 75, of Columbus, passed away on July 1, 2023. She was born on March 28, 1948, in Columbus, to the late Pearl and Rose (Hosler) Peck. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Peck.

She loved warm weather, being in the sun especially at the beach and spending time at the ocean when she could. She enjoyed being in a convertible with the top down and going shopping whenever possible. She was fond of flowers - her garden blossomed every year. She loved God and was a person of faith her whole life. Tender was her heart, and she touched the hearts of those who knew her.

Joyce will be greatly missed by her loving husband, Doug Hagge; son, Shawn McCord; half-sister, Angie (Chris) Comstock; niece and nephew, Briana Smith and Chris Peck.

A memorial mass for Joyce will be held Saturday, July 8, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, 20 E Dominion Blvd, Columbus, OH 43214. Following Mass, interment will take place at Saint Joseph Cemetery on South High Street.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joyce’s name to the American Lung Association.
