Anastacio Ramos: beloved husband, father and grandfather, joined our heavenly lord on the day of our Virgin of Dolores. Anastacio was very devoted to his Virgin Dolores so it gives us immense peace knowing he was guided to heaven by her hand. During his stay on this earth, he left a huge imprint – he taught his family to love god above everything else, he taught them to honor and follow the church’s teachings, and he taught them to love one another. He did so by modeling everything he professed. Anastacio always extended a hand to those in need, and shared the little he had. During hard times, he always found the good in the bad.
Anastacio always wanted the best for his 10 children – he taught his children to work hard in the agriculture industry but he also pushed them to educate themselves in order to have a better life. His work ethics and teachings have been passed on to many generations and will continue to be passed on. “Grandpa, it’s because of you, we are the hard workers and successful individuals that you raised us to be”. “I am because you were”.
Anastacio Ramos is preceded by two daughters and one son who await him in heaven with joy. He is also preceded by his parents Luciano and Maria Ramos, and his two brothers, Francisco and Alejandro Ramos. Anastacio is survived by his loving wife, Maria Carmen and his siblings Arnulfo and Virginia Ramos. He also leaves behind 7 daughters and 3 sons, 32 wonderful grandchildren and numerous friends and family. Anastacio wanted those who helped him throughout his health burden to know that they will always be appreciated and that they will always have a friend in heaven; his doctors, nurses, pharmacists, medical supply personnel and most importantly his family.
