Barbara is survived by her daughters; Janet (Norman) Frank of Yakima, WA, Joan Fischer of Olympia, WA, and Lori (Brad) Olson of Okanogan, WA, thirteen grandchildren, and twenty-three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her children, David Halbert and Linda Uecker.
Barbara lovingly raised five children while working as a Med-Surg RN at Elizabeth’s hospital for 15 years. She later devoted her nursing to hospice care, bringing comfort and dignity to patients and families during life’s most tender moments.
