Our mother, Carmil Nehls, passed away February 12, 2024 at the Terraces Senior Living.
She was born in Bradleyville, Missouri to Joe T. and Opal Todd Nalley on October 20, 1928.
Carmil married Leland Nehls on June 4, 1960.
She was an Administrative Secretary for the Selah School District for many years.
Carmil was a long time member of the Selah Covenant Church and later Grace of Christ Presbyterian Church in Yakima.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Jack, Nephew Terry Nalley, and daughter-in-law Nora Nehls.
Carmil is survived by daughter Judy (Doug) Graham, Patty (Don) Norman, son David and sister Ruth (Loren) Ludwig. Five grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
At her request there will be no formal service.
