

With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Christine “Crissy” Mae Ramirez, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. Christine passed away on May 21, 2026 at the age of 58. Born on April 13, 1968, in Bremerton, Washington, Christine lived a life defined by quiet strength, deep kindness, and unwavering devotion to her family.
Christine was a lifelong caregiver, she worked at a nursing home where she met her husband, Teofilo, became a caregiver for her mother, and continued to care for her children. Christine often put the needs of her loved ones before her own, those who knew her best will remember her as nurturing, steady, and deeply compassionate.
In her personal life, Crissy found joy in the simple and meaningful things. She was an exceptional cook whose meals brought people together and created lasting memories. She loved traveling and sightseeing, especially drawn to the beauty of the sea, lighthouses, and peaceful beaches.
Above all, Crissy was a devoted wife and loving mother whose greatest pride was her family. Her love extended deeply to her grandchildren, who brought her immense joy and light.
Crissy is survived by her loving husband, Teofilo “Junior” Ramirez whom she married in Yakima, WA in 1987; her daughters and their spouses, Natasha & Vili, Tiffany & Jolene, Olivia & Kyle, and Kali & Bailey; and her cherished grandchildren Jeffrey, Aiden, Jace, Jay, Camden, Madelyn, Sami, Natasha Jo, and Myka. She is also survived by her siblings Lorrie, Tina, and Ray.
She was preceded in death by her parents Mary & Lee, and her brothers Lee & Wayne.
A viewing will be held on Friday, May 29, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. PT at 2807 Terrace Heights Drive, Yakima, WA. A funeral service will follow on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. PT at the same location.
Crissy’s legacy of love, care, and strength will live on through her family and all who were fortunate enough to know her.
