Tom, like his Grandpa Nagle and his Aunt Nancy, had a green thumb. He always had a beautiful garden and a knack for making things grow! You could often find Tom alongside his mom in her flower beds. He dearly loved her and would do anything for her. Tom loved spending time with his family, and you could always count on him for a smile. Nobody had a better laugh than he did! He loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping and fishing.
Tom was a self-employed carpenter and handyman. He could make something beautiful out of nothing. He had a special talent for working with wood. His four greatest accomplishments were his children: Sharon, David, Josh, and Andy. Tom loved people and never met a stranger.
Tom was survived by his mother, M. Alice Tibbett; his children -- Sharon (Ben) Horn, David Nagle JR, Joshua (Crystal) Nagle, and Andrew Nagle, brothers -- David Tibbett, Jeff Tibbett, Mark (Nolena) Tibbett, Matt (Cindy) Tibbett, Peter (Jewel) Tibbett, and Bill (Hlumela) Tibbett; his aunt, Bonny (Marc) Elrod; his uncle, David G. Nagle; his grandchildren; his nieces and nephews, many cousins, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Alvin Tibbett; his grandparents, Bill and Elaine Nagle and Albert and Lorene Tibbett; his aunt, Nancy Nagle; and his sister, Tamera Tibbett-Miller.
Viewing will be Saturday, February 28, 2015 from 8:30-9:30 a.m. followed by a Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Englewood Avenue.
