Dennis was my PA at Dr Tolivers' office. I loved that ol' curmudgeon!  He had a wicked sense of humor,  knew his stuff backward and forward and cared for his patients greatly. It was an honor to know him. 
Dennis, I shall miss you, say hi to my Dad for me. You two can argue and swap tall tales again.

MAC AND I WENT TO HILL  TOGETHER AND HE WAS  MY BF IN SCHOOL WE DID A LOT OF THINGS TOGETHER  WE MET BRIEFLY IN NAM LOST CONTACT FOR YEARS UNTILL HILL REUNION IT WAS LIKE WE WERE NEVER APART LOVE TO ALL OF HIS FAMILY  BECKEY YOU DONE HIM RIGHT AND MADE HIM HAPPY GOD HAS HIM NOW  SOME DAY I WILL SEE AGAIN I KNOW HE HAS ALL OF OURS 6 UP THERE LOVE TO ALL. Dennis was a wonderful man. He is gonna be missed by many. Dennis would always call my little girl darlene squecky when he would see her. That was a nick name he gave her when she was a baby. Rip dennis we will miss you.

Dennis was my friend and mentor. He has helped shape who I am as a Physician Assistant. I was fortunate to spend one month with him during my year of clinical rotations as he precepted me. I learned so much medicine during that time and today still use what Dennis taught me. You will be missed my friend. You have touched countless lives, mine included and I am a better man and PA because of you. Dennis knew how much I loved and respected him. Now you know as well.

I worked with Dennis and his wife Becky at Quality Care Medical Clinic for quite sometime. So blessed to get know them both and their family. He will be missed by so many of us. Dennis was a very dedicated family man with that proud patriotic caring love for his country. I always looked up to him and considered him my friend. R.I.P. Dennis 

Dennis was my doctor, as well as my fathers and brothers.  He was a great guy, and always cared for his people.  All of our family feels this loss.

I am so terribly sad to hear of Dennis' passing.  For nearly 10 years I've been blessed to know Dennis as a medical professional, a caring and compassionate  man and proud American.  Dennis always greeted me with a warm smile and  a funny joke.  He cared so greatly about his patients and always gave them the best care.  I will miss him very much and send my condolences, thoughts and prayers to his family and loved ones.  He spoke of his family often and loved you all very much and was incredibly proud of you all.  

I knew Dennis and called on him for almost two decades. The care he showed for his patients was awesome. He had a great sense of humor and was always ready to hear or tell me a joke. He will be missed by so many Medical Professionals and Patients in our community.  He served our country and helped to provide the very freedoms my family get to live under. We are so sorry to hear that Dennis passed away last week. He will be missed by a lot of people that had came to know him. Prayers go out to the family. From the Girls at the PX, Janet & Sam. 

Dennis and his father enjoyed many hours of playing pool together at his father’s home.  His father really liked German chocolate cake. When he became ill Dennis made sure he had his special cake every day.

Dennis married his wife & best friend, Becky, in 2000 and he became the father to 3 children, Jessica, Jeffery and Jeremy. Dennis is survived by his loving family Becky McCullough, Jessica (Andrew) Helmer, Jeffery Russell, Jeremy (Amber) Russell, Nicolaus Johnson; a granddaughter Ahnika Russell and one sister, Pat Farnsworth.
