Eddie was a devoted father to his children—Giovanni, Dre’shawn, Samaya, Eddie, Ignacio, Celestino, Penelope, and Josiah—each of whom was the light of his life. His love for them was endless, and being their dad was his proudest and most cherished role.
He was the treasured son of Sandy, Presiliano, Miguel and Erasmo, and a beloved brother to Alejandra, Christina, Miguel, Mireya, Ronnie, Victor, Emilio, and Keyano. His family was the center of his world, and he carried them in his heart every single day. He also shared a close and special bond with his Grandma Marcy, whose love, guidance, and unwavering support meant so much to him throughout his life.
Eddie is welcomed to heaven with open arms by his grandpa Randy, who played a big role in raising him and shaping him into the man he became. Their bond was built on a shared love for the outdoors and playing a variety of sports, creating some of Eddie’s happiest memories especially camping, which was his favorite way to spend time and feel at peace. Now reunited, we can imagine them together again, laughing, playing, and enjoying the great outdoors as they always did.
Eddie was known for his big, contagious smile and his remarkable ability to light up any room he walked into. His vibrant sense of humor, warm spirit, and genuine presence left a lasting impression on everyone who met him. He had a rare gift for making people feel welcome, valued, and understood often with nothing more than a laugh, a listening ear, or a few kind words.
He touched countless lives with his loyalty, generosity, and courage. Even in the face of life’s challenges, Eddie showed resilience and strength, always finding ways to lift others up. He lived unapologetically, loved deeply, and made sure the people around him knew they mattered.
Eddie leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. He is preceded in death by loved ones who now welcome him into eternal rest.
