Frank Anselmo Fernandez, 86 of Yakima, WA passed away Sunday 25th 2024 at Memorial Hospital. Frank was born and raised in the Yakima valley. After graduating from Yakima Valley High school Frank Joined the army. Frank has lived in Yakima his whole life.
Frank was an avid hunter and fisherman, enjoying his Hunting trips to Montana with his friends, Duane Wilkins, and Bob Matney. Frank had a great love for the outdoors and traveling to Alaska and other parts of the United States.
Frank was a great father to his 5 kids.
Preceded in death by his son Bradly Fernandez, and recently his wife Sue Fernandez. Frank is survived by his Kids, Brett (Erika)Fernandez, Mike Espeland, Wendy Moore, and Scott (Roze)Espeland, He had 9 grandchildren, and 30 great grandchildren and 1 great great Granddaughter, Aleiah. Frank was also survived by his Uncle Emil of Yakima.
There will be Military honors held at Calvary Cemetery on March 5th, 2024, at 1:00pm.
A graveside service for Frank will be held Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Calvary Cemetery, 1405 S. 24th Ave., Yakima, WA 98902.
