Jane Marie Cagle

Jane Marie Cagle, a long-time resident of Yakima, Washington, was born August 24, 1930 to Elsa and Benjamin Taylor in Collbran, Colorado. On November 24, 2014 at the age of 84, Jane went to join her husband John and son Paul in the presence of the Lord.

Jane led a long, rich life traveling the world with John, following him wherever he might get stationed. They were married for over 52 years, raised 13 children, and had over 40 grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all of whose birthdays she never forgot.

Besides being a mother, she was also den mother for the Boy Scouts of America. She enjoyed planting beautiful flowers, square dancing and was an avid pinochle player. Jane had a love for animals that was seen through her work as a veterinarian assistant for many years, and through her daily life. She rescued many an animal... from cats and dogs to horses, and even an occasional goat. Her heart was huge, her love knew no bounds.

Jane, Mom, Grandma, Great-Grandma Jane... you have many names, and wore many hats, and you will be remembered with love and missed dearly by every one of us!

Jane was inurned at Terrace Heights Memorial Park. Keith & Keith was entrusted with the arrangements.
