Jose Martinez De la Cruz, 79, of Yakima died Wednesday at home. Mr. De la Cruz was born in Guadalajara, Mexico. He was a farm worker. Survivors include his wife, Josefina Murillo Sanchez of Yakima; six children, Bertha Rodriguez, Maria Rodriguez, Josefina Rodriguez, Gabriel Rodriguez, Francisco Rodriguez and Rosalinda Rodriguez; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, with a vigil at 6 p.m. at Keith & Keith Ninth Avenue Chapel in Yakima. A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Calvary Cemetery.
