Joyce Yvonne Bayne

Joyce was born on February 1, 1930 in Yakima, WA to Louis “Buck” and Wione St. George. She attended Yakima High School and married the love of her life, Richard “Dick” Bayne in 1947. They enjoyed travelling, dancing and listening to big band music. She worked with her husband at his insurance business until Dick passed away in 1983. Later in her life, she spent many good years of companionship with Bud Reed, sharing many of the same interests.

Joyce is survived by her four daughters and son-in-law; Cherri and Jan Lange and Renee Vickrey, of Yakima, WA; Pam Bruns of Prosser, WA; and Karen Bayne, of Seattle, WA. She is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren that she adored. She is preceded in death by her husband, Dick Bayne, her parents, and two brothers, Monty and Frank St. George.

A special thanks to grandson Wes Johnson, who lived with and cared for his grandma for many years.
