

Marjorie was born on November 26, 1921 in Bridgeport, WA to C.B. and Lulu Lamoreux. She spent her school years there. After high school, she attended cosmetology school in Wenatchee, WA. She married Ben Heimbigner on February 14, 1942.
After Ben returned from serving his country during World War II, they lived in Redmond, WA, Federal Way, WA, Davenport, WA Wilbur, WA and Oaksdale, WA. In 1954 they settled in Yakima, WA.
Marjorie was involved in the Women’s Century Club, Seattle Children's Hospital, Orthopedic Guild and the Knife and Fork Club. Marjorie enjoyed gardening and knitting which brought joy to her life.
In 1994, Marjorie moved to Kennewick, WA to be near family. She was a volunteer for Kennewick General Hospital (Trios) and belonged to the First Lutheran Church of Kennewick.
Marjorie is survived by her sons, Gary (Shirley) of Redmond, WA, Dennis of Boulder, CO, and Michael (Nelda) of Richland, WA. She is also survived by four grandchildren, four great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Ben Heimbigner, parents C.B and Lulu Lamoreux and her brother Ralph Lamoreux.
At the request of the family, there will be no public service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to either Children’s Hospital in Seattle or Trios Hospital In Kennewick, WA.
